1. Who can use KOZONE

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use KOZONE only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your purchases.

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Products, pricing and availability

We describe products, age grades and materials as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly from photographs.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before you place an order. Limited editions are available only while numbered stock lasts, and we may apply per-customer purchase limits on launch days.

3. Blind boxes

Blind box contents are randomised by the manufacturer. We publish each series' lineup and pull rates before sale. You cannot choose or exchange a specific figure, except where a figure is damaged, defective or incorrect.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed purchase limits or contain pricing errors, and will refund any payment in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened blind boxes are not returnable except for damage or defects. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Community features and trades

Trade corner swaps, reviews and community posts must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks those rules. KOZONE facilitates trades but is not the owner of traded items.

7. Intellectual property

The KOZONE name, the Kozo mascot, product designs, photography and site content belong to ISABELLA KOZONE TOY CORP or our artist partners. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KOZONE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
