1. Information we collect

Account details: name, email address and/or phone number, and an encrypted password.

Order details: shipping address, items purchased and payment confirmation (card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us).

Messages you send to support, event registrations and newsletter subscriptions.

Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, provide support, send service messages, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send marketing messages such as drop alerts and offers.

3. Marketing and SMS consent

Marketing consent is optional and separate from account creation. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP to an SMS, or by contacting support. Message and data rates may apply to SMS.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run KOZONE (hosting, payments, shipping, email and SMS delivery), under contracts that protect your data. We never sell your personal information.

5. Children's privacy

KOZONE accounts are for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active and order records as long as required for tax and accounting. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Email support@kozonetoys.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
