1. Be kind and family-friendly
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats or content that is sexual, violent or otherwise unsuitable for a general audience that includes children.
2. Protect personal information
Do not share your own or anyone else's home address, phone number or children's full names in public areas. Use private, tracked trade shipping instead.
3. Trade fairly
Trade corner swaps are figure-for-figure. Reselling, price-gouging, scalping or using bots or multiple accounts to bypass purchase limits is not allowed.
4. No counterfeits or infringement
Do not list, promote or share counterfeit or bootleg toys, and do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
5. Keep the platform secure
Do not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, cancel orders, restrict trading or suspend accounts that break this policy. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
