An independent artist designs the lineup and the secret figure with our product team.

Prototypes are tested for paint durability, small-part safety and packaging fit.

The factory seals and shuffles every box. Case ratios are locked before packing.

We open sample cases on arrival to confirm ratios match the published odds.

The series goes live on a Friday with the lineup card and odds on the product page.

Blind box questions
Can I choose which figure I get?
No — that's the fun of a blind box. If you want a guaranteed full set, buy a sealed case, which contains every regular figure once.
Can I return an opened blind box?
Opened boxes can't be returned for a different figure, but damaged or defective figures are always replaced.
Are blind boxes suitable for children?
Most series are graded 8+ or 15+ because of small parts. The age grade is printed on the box and product page.
How do I know a secret figure is authentic?
Secret figures carry the series stamp on the base and the batch code on the inner foil. Contact support to verify.
